your cabinet cut out is too big, you will need cabinet re-facing to bring the hole down to 22.5" wide x 49.75 tall,
so you'll need to add sturdy wood strips to each side and top so that there is something solid to mount it to.
the bottom has a vent with trim that covers the lower section.
