QuestionHi, has anyone not had the dishes dry after the cycle is finished? My dishes are always wet afterwards and that makes no sense to me.

- Answer I am having the same problem. Dishes are very wet, and so are the sides of the dishwasher. Something seems off to me.

QuestionIs the tub stainless steel also? and is the front stainless steel the type that will not show fingerprints?

QuestionHas anyone had a problem with the dishwasher not being dry inside after the cycle ends (even with using the 20 minute heated dry plus rinse aid option)? The dishes are dry but basically the entire interior of the machine is still wet afterwards?

- Answer I had the issue before using the drying agent, but not since. I’ve heard some drying agents work better than others. I use only Jetdry. I also typically start the dishwasher just before bed or before I go to work so maybe I give them more time to dry. On the rare occasion that I empty right after it finishes, I typically put top rack, mostly plastics on a towel to dry while I put everything else away. The water usually evaporates by the time I’m done with the others. Hope it helps.

QuestionI have 34 inches exactly from the floor to the bottom of the counter top. Does this unit have adjustable legs to adjust down the half inch of space I need?

- Answer You should DEFINITELY call Best Buy and ask them. Be advised that you will not only need the braided water cable and power cord (these do NOT come with the dishwasher, as we discovered today when it was delivered!), you will ALSO need to purchase a "3/8" compression by 3/4" hose fitting with a 90° elbow". That's straight from the installation instructions. I had to go to my local hardware store to get the 90°, because the delivery guy told my wife "everything you need is in the box". It most definitely was NOT. It should be cheaper to get these from your local hardware store. .

QuestionI have just gotten it installed and noticed 2 issues. After the wash with dry heat selection, the inside was still pretty wet. My old dishwasher was completely dry. The door is making noise when open and close. Any suggestion is appreciated.

- Answer Sadly, dishwashers at this price point will almost always leave dishes wet. What we did was to run the dishes at night, open the door in the morning and by the afternoon everything was dry. Also, use a really good Rinse Aid like Finish or something. That does make a real difference in how fast and how much the dishes will dry.

QuestionI have a 1 inch overhang from my counter top. Would this interfere with accessibility to the controls? Would I have to have the door partially open in order to access the controls? Could this interfere with access to the controls during wash cycle?

- Answer The overhang does interfere a little with the view of the buttons when it’s closed, in my opinion. This hasn’t led to any major issues for me. I usually choose the wash cycle while the door is up but not closed, then immediately close it and hit the “start button”. It’s not hard to reach but the wording on the buttons is slightly covered. A mild inconvenience for a dishwasher that i otherwise like. I’ve just gotten into the habit of selecting my wash cycle while I’m swinging it shut.

QuestionWhat is the deal with the "Made in America" sticker on the bottom right corner? I have read reviews on other sites that state this is permanent sticker that cannot be removed. Thanks.

- Answer It's not permanent, but it certainly is a pain in the rear. Had to essentially steam it off and leaves a nasty residue that will take time to rid. I still haven't got mine completely off.

- Answer There are quite a few weather stripping products that would do what you want. They are made to collapse when a door closes on them. Google Pemco weather stripping.

- Answer I had my door springs adjusted to offer a counter balance to allow to door to stay open only when the rack is out. The tension is adjustable. Refer to the installation manual that came with the dishwasher. Its an easy adjustment.

QuestionI cannot get it to drain? Everything seems to work well, I even hear the pump running and trying to drain but the bottom is still full of water and no water flows through the drain hose. Any ideas?

- Answer First off, is it connected to food disposal(aerator)? If so and that aerator is new, my plumber told me to pop the covering of that aerator where you connect the tubing from dishwasher or else it won’t drain. Hopefully, this is the case for you or you have solved it already.
