Questionwhere is the water filter located in this refrigerator?I need to replace the water filter. Where is it located and how can I replace it?

- Answer Dear Customer, The water filter is located in the base grille of the refrigerator. To replace the filter catridge one will simply need to press the eject button to the left of the filter and pull the filter from the grille by holding the filter cap. The filter cap will twist off of the old filter and twist onto the new filter before it is installed. Thank you for your inquiry regarding your Whirlpool refrigerator!

QuestionDoes this fridge dispense crushed ice in addition to cubed ice?The through-the-door ice feature is mentioned several times, but none of the specification details I can find on the internet says whether it can also crush the ice. I vaguely remember seeing this product in the store and seeing that it did have a crushed ice button, but that was months ago, and I wanted to double check before buying online.

QuestionCan I lay this down on its side when transporting?I need to haul the fridge from the store to a condo that is about 2hrs away. Can the fridge be laid down in the bed of my truck or does it need to remain upright?

- Answer The product dimensions of the 25 cu ft model ED5KVEXVQ are 35 ½ wide, 68 7/8 cabinet height (in back), 69 7/8 total height in the front over hinge caps, 29 ¼ cabinet depth (minus doors or handles), 31 3/8 deep with cabinet and doors (minus handles) and 33 ¾ total depth with cabinet, doors and handles.
