QuestionHow well does main compartment cool? Does it maintain uniform temperature and how well to items on the door stay cool? We like to set temp to around 37 degrees.

- Answer Temperature settings being non specific 1-7 scale is not great, I bought temperature gauges for each compartment. Cooling consistency in main compartment is mediocre - I have had some things maintain temperature in areas of the unit in the front and top, while they freeze in the bottom and back, and adjusting temperature to get consistent cooling and not have warm and cold spots is tough to do with this unit.

QuestionHow is water dispensed internally? I dont see this feature in any of the pics.

- Answer Inside the refrigerator, on the left side, there is a little spicket with a push button that dispenses the water. A totally awesome feature! Does not take up space in the door or refrigerator. Also, with the icemaker being in the bottom freezer drawer, again - no wasted space by ice making machine. We love our refrigerator and am so glad we bought it!

Questionwhen you open the freezer door shouldn't lights from the french doors come on? Is it requited that the french doors come with lights to illuminate the freezer with this mode?

- Answer Hello Nonna, thank you for your question. While the refrigerator can hold magnets, we do not recommend it. It can help adhere moisture to the surface of unit, and can cause staining.

- Answer To keep a sleek, clean looking exterior for the WRF535SWHZ, we have moved the water dispenser inside the cabinet, it is located on the left wall, about half way up.

- Answer Each time a new filter is installed you need to press and hold the water dispenser button for about 1 minute. Then water will start to flow.

- Answer I was delighted to get this particular model for my new home. Hugh amount of space, great layout and visibility of contents, nice deep freezer with an excellent ice maker. Plus I prefer the water dispenser inside of the fridge, and with the filter, the water tastes better than any bottled. Black brushed stainless was the exact color for my newly remodeled kitchen.

QuestionAre there any specs as to where the electrical outlet must be in the back? We purchased this refrigerator but hasn't been delivered yet. We are doing a gut reno of our kitchen and electrician is asking if the outlet needs to be in a specific place.

- Answer Ours is a new installation and the outlet was placed at the center of the back wall, about midway between floor and ceiling. Does not have to be in the back, but the cord isn’t really long and a side installation might show. Refrigerator rolls out for access.

- Answer Hi Nana, allow 24 hours to produce the first batch of ice. Discard the first three batches of ice produced. Allow 3 days to completely fill the ice storage bin. The unit can also take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to reach optimal temperature.
