Yes. In fact, there is a slot across the front of the freezer drawer designed especially for storing frozen pizzas on their edge. The slot is a little over 22 inches across. The front to back dimension varies about 1/2" because there is a slight curve as you go across the slot from the left edge to the right edge. The front to back measurement at the left and right sides of the drawer is about 3 1/2 inches (3.5"). The front to back measurement near the center is 4 inches. I don't have any full-size pizza boxes for a test fit, but I can comfortably place six of the smaller, 8.4 ounce, Frozen DIGIORNO Pizzas in this slot. Of course, there is plenty of space where you can lay the frozen pizzas flat. Using the slot in the front of the drawer makes it easy to access any pizzas stored there.
