Hello KDavis, I've had my fridge for two weeks and getting a replacement on Saturday, however after opening it and looking in the filter door I DID NOT see one in there.....just a block of Styrofoam in its place. I'll be contacting Best Buy today to see if it's supposed to be included because the water filter is, so one would think the air filter would be as well. I will say the ice maker is a bit slow, however it's just me in my home and a full bin lasts me quite awhile.

As to the question, it is my opinion that it SHOULD have been included with the refrigerator. You can however, purchase the air filters for less than $10 each at a number of locations, including Amazon.

We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.

Please try again later.Mine was just delivered today, and I noticed immediately that there was no air filter, and no customer care package as the owner manual states should have been there. I went back up to Best Buy, and although the The "FreshFlow" area that Says right on it Change Filter with an arrow, the Manager on duty looked at me directly and said it is not supposed to have a filter, and you do not need one. I thought for sure that since the first purchase didn't turn out to be a good purchase, that they would try to satisfy my needs. Instead, I was looked at in my face and told a lie. Sad, Sad, Customer service!
