Q: QuestionI read an answer below that all rinses are with cold water. However, why is it that the clothes and drum are hot when the cycle is done? Deep fill, heavy duty soil, cool wash, 1 rinse with softener are the settings I have used.

Q: QuestionHAVE A WTW4816FW WASHER......WASHING CYCLE ONLY LASTS 5 MINUTES...CLOTHES COME OUT DIRTY...IS THERE ANY WAY TO SOLVE THIS? VERY BAD WASHING MACHINE. DON'T RECCOMEND IT. CLOTHES COME OUT THE WAY THEY WENT IN.

Q: QuestionThe repair guy said that my Whirlpool WTW4816FW top load washer has a floating basket. The washer basket easily moves around when you push it. I have never seen a washer like this before. Is this true? It sounds like the washer always has water in it.

Q: QuestionI purchased this machine threw you and recently the machine has stopped going threw the cycles and it starts to go and then stops at wash and doesn't finish threw I have to manually have to turn it to rinse and spin to finish and the machine is 3 to 4.
