“Where can I find the charcoal filters for this range hood?”

• This was our only complaint about this item; the filter was not included and was not easy to locate from a local retailer. We ended up going to Lowe's and buying a filter and cutting it to fit this hood. This hood is advertised as a ventless hood and as such, I believe the filter should have been included.
