“so many bad reviews,, is this washer truly a BAD BUY!? there are so many people on the web, giving bad reviews... I purchased this set, just waiting on delivery in a few days but my concern is if I should change my order for a "better machine" it is truly hard to bas my purchase on a review since it seems people that give their feed back on a product are typically the ones that do only just to complain on the bad part of any item.”

Not a bad guy at all for the price. It has a super large capacity....bigger than that of a front loader. It runs much quieter than our old Samsung front loader. The spin is not quite as good but still very adequate.

I was so excited about this machine when I purchased it. I also purchased the set. The dryer is the best dryer ever! But the washing machine...ugh. It looks like some people have had a great experience with it, hopefully you do too. But mine was bad. Best Buy delivered 2 of these machines to me and neither worked as they should. Wet clothes with the soap still in them :(

It makes the noises my high end old Maytag front load made. Clothes are clean, have tried the different cycles and its good. Does not have the buzzer to let you know its done is only thing might miss, I just make note to check when should be done.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First day delivered a few hours ago. won't spin out regular wash Two sets of sheets sitting there for two hours nothing happening. I turned off power and did a rinse/spin cycle maybe that will get sheets done. DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER.

How does that make sense? 16 stairs to go down to find out when to do separate run for softener and no timer to help at all. Can’t tell if it’s the 1st or 2nd rinse when you check so that you know if you can add softener. This is the most ridiculous set up!!! If you don’t want softener just don’t put it in but give the option. No problem with spin and rinse and does good job washing after you get used to all the cart "features" If you have a front load Maytag, maybe Neptune, just stick with that and you’ll be much happier. Dryer is great job with matching dryer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not one to complain but feel quite disappointed by my experience with this machine. What’s good about it is I can reach the bottom of the drum. It’s the noisiest washer I’ve ever had. And for reasons I can’t figure out, it doesn’t always spin dry appropriately.
