I never had it fill up either. I read the manufacturer's guide and it stated that it would not fill up the washing load because it's a "high efficiency" machine, meaning it's trying to save water yet not get clothes clean. The new technology is suppose to move the clothes around to all get a "turn" in the water. I just found that this wasn't happening and my clothes didn't get washed thoroughly!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I HAVE ONLY RUN THE DEEP WATER CYCLE ONE TIME AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME ISSUE AS YOU DID. I PLAN TO CONTACT WHIRLPOOL AND ASK A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS WASHER.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem & exchanged it for different brand with 'normal' water levels within the 14 days required for exchange.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does the same. And as it agitates with barely any water in it it tears up my clothes. Deep water fill works once in a while and i always keep ALL the settings the same but itll randomly switch back to auto sense and agitate before enough water is in it. I paid way too much for this crap washer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, unfortunately this is typical of the redesigned units. All I can advise is to experiment with the different wash setting and use the one that comes as close to what you need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It says it takes 1/4 of the water of the regular washers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Jenn, I am sorry to learn that your Whirlpool washer is filling the same. Have you tried to change the soil level? The bulky and deep water wash cycle will add more water. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances! Sincerely, Aisha B.
