Open box simply means that the product was opened and possibly used or slight damage however it still comes with the full warranty but slightly discounted to be sold.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Open box can mean several things. They might be store floor models. They might be returns for reasons other than damage like size or cost, electrical wiring, etc. They might be scratch and dent. If they are refurbished that should be indicated. Unless otherwise stipulated the warranty ought to be good as if new because they are new. At least that's the way it was when I was selling appliances in BB about 12 years ago.
