I just purchased the 2 in 1. I had the Cabrio for years. This machine is the most basic machine with no place for fabric softener. Not even a beep to alert you when to add the fabric softener. They put all there focus on this removable agitator and went way back in their technology aspects! Disappointing

Please try again later.I had to buy Downy fabric softener balls for the washer, I was very disappointed when I realized the machine had no built in fabric softener dispenser. Of course I didn’t notice this until after we bought it and it was delivered. Would be nice if they could make a removable agitator with built in fabric softener dispenser. I’m sure they could..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.obviously, the geniuses that designed this washer have never done a little wash in their entire lives. There is no fabric softener dispenser. Their answer is to stand in front of your washer and wait until it is about to go through the second rinse then you may press pause after you’ve waited for the long period for the water to fill lift the lid at your fabric softener and then you may be on your way. I cannot believe this is their answer to this. These machine should be recalled.

Lift the lid and add the measured, recommended amount of liquid fabric softener. Do not use more than the recommended amount. Close the lid and press the START/Pause button again to start the washer. Rinse option must be selected to 1 Rinse with Softener or 2 Rinses with Softener to ensure proper distribution at correct time in cycle. Do not overfill or dilute.
