It will if you buy the adapter but this machine is to big to move and isn't on rollers

I don't believe it can seeing the hoses it uses for water.

I imagine it could happen, but only if you have dedicated hot and cold water hookups. You can't run it without them

You would have to ask a sales person at Best Buy or someone who installs them.

It is probably possible, but why would you. If you need a machine that connects to a kitchen faucet, this is not that machine.. This is a large washer that is typically installed in a laundry room or garage. This washer stands on feet and does not roll and is not compact.
