Bestbuy will deliver, install, and haul away old machine at no charge. BestBuy is great. Machine is horrible.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Talk to the sales person at the store you are purchasing the set from. I had to pay extra to have the washer (I purchased the set) delivered and the delivery includes set up. Be sure to purchase new hoses for the washer. The little cost of having it delivered was the best investment I made as the drier was DOA and they had to take it back and arrange for a replacement to be delivered. It doesn't happen very often, but you never know. As far as picking up the old washer, they will do that (if you tell them when you are setting up delivery). I choose to give our old set to someone that could use them, as they still worked.

We bought a gas dryer and they would have charged to install that so my husband did the hookups himself. Buy it when there is free installation included. Our deal also included removal and haul away of the old appliances for free. The gentlemen who delivered the washer and dryer did an excellent job and were very careful (we have an older home with narrow doorways and hallway). They were very polite and answered questions that I had.
