• Hello Diane! Please check the following locations for the model and serial numbers: 1. On the back,behind the control panel 2. Inside the washer lid, right bottom corner 3. On the back on the baseframe to the left 4. On the washer's lid or door, directly under the from of the lid. Where the hinges are located.
