Q: QuestionHow many shelves does this oven come with? Is it one in the boiler and one in the oven. if that's true where can I purchase a second one for the inside of the oven

• A:Answer Hello Paul, there are two racks in the oven and one in the boiler. There is only enough room for one rack inside the boiler. We hope this info helps.

Q: QuestionAre the top burners able to be adjusted for flame height? Read a complaint that the low setting on the burners was not low enough, cooking too high of heat. Can I calibrate the settings or am I stuck with the factory settings?

• A:Answer The low setting is still fairly hot. When I cook rice I have to remove the pot for 3-5 minutes to adjust. But it depends on the burner. If you use a smaller burner then you won’t have that issue but the big ones are hot

Q: QuestionCan I still cook on this stove during a power outage?

• A:Answer Hi Jhlc. In case of prolonged power failure, the surface burners can be lit manually. Hold a lit match near a burner and turn knob counterclockwise to LITE. After burner lights, turn knob to setting. We hope this helps.

Q: QuestionHI my oven seems to be very hot to touch when in use even for short 15 minute bakes...and then it takes half an hour for the oven door to cool especially is this normal on this model?

• A:Answer I take them to the sink and use a brush to deep clean them. They are iron so if you rub them down with vegetable oil every now and then they stay fairly non stick
