The spin cycle is loud. Is this normal? null

Make sure the machine is perfectly leveled. There is a section in the installation manual about this. There are two places to put a level to check and then you can adjust the feet to make it perfect. My install technicians did not do this step. It helps with noise ALOT as the machine get's off-balance.
