QuestionDoes it make your clothes smell like mold?I have a Samsung front loader and it makes my clothes smell awful....like mildew. I've tried everything and nothing helps. Do your clothes smell clean with this washer? Have you ever smelled anything moldy or mildewy?

- Answer I'm actually happy to answer this question! I had the same exact problem with my front loader. I purchased this washer and it has blown my mind at how well it cleans! I'm using same soap I used for my front loader but the fresh smell lasts days and days after washing and drying. No more mildew musty clothes. I recommend this washer it's tough on clothes in a good way. I love the DEEP WATER setting which I know is taboo to say but I feel like it helps wash the clothes even better. Hope this helps!

QuestionHi can you wash large blankets? I just lost my cabrio after 11 years and it was a large tub. I’m trying to figure out if I should get an ajecteter.

QuestionI bought 2nd hand wtw8500dr0. They said it was only 3 yrs old. I bought the set. The washer is not filling with water. It runs about 2 minutes and “”ends”. The agitator on the bottom works. I ran the codes; says it’s the clutch. Is this true? Part needed!

QuestionCan you please confirm the height of the lid when open, we have 55 1/2" from the floor to the bottom of the cabinets and the cabinets are 13" deep, guess my other question is what is the distance from the back of the washer to the hinges for the lid?

QuestionThe tub in my washer seems excesively loose and it cant seem to balance the load then it will just stop in mid cycle and just hum the letters LF come up on display it is brand new help !!
