Hello Sue, Please make sure you are selecting Bake or Broil first then selecting your temperature. If you are still having concerns, we would recommend contacting Whirlpool® at 800-253-1301. We are available M -F 8 am to 6 pm est. They will be better able to assist you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't anything about hitting the bake or broil buttons. They have to selected before setting temp and then selecting the start button.
