In general steam cleaning settings in an oven are a joke. Just plan on manual cleaning

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I tried to clean my new Whirlpool Aqualift (installed in September, 2021) using the directions from the manual and the oven did not clean. I then waited a couple of weeks and tried again, this time running the cleaning cycle through a double cycle and again the oven did not get cleaned. I'm not sure what next steps will be as I was going to call Whirlpool customer support to see if they have any suggestions.
