My $2700 wall oven has the "controls locked swipe up to unlock" after doing that its back to the original screen . Turned off power, held each button for 4 seconds etc. Their tech at their customer service couldn't help . i have over 1.5 hours listening to their recordings and pushing appropriate numbers . The dealer could not get through to them either . This is a common problem . DO NOT buy a Whirlpool product . Breaks after warranty and customer service is terrible

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The temp pre light will not go off after I press start. I do not get the indicator when the oven reaches the desired temp.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If this is the same model as mine....I had a couple of glitches first few times until I got thru the learning curve. Register you range and then call the 1-800 number for this product. As it is digital and online the tech can remotely fix it and walk you thru any other problems.. Also put the app on your phone, Hope this helps. This is a great product.

If set before the power failure occurs, the CONTROL LOCK keypad will remain set after a power failure. The control lock is preset unlocked, but can be locked. To Lock or Unlock Control: 1. Check that the oven is off. 2. Select the CONTROL LOCK keypad. 3. “CONTROL LOCK” will display. 4. Scroll up to unlock. No keypads will function with the controls locked. The cooktop functions are not affected by the oven control lockout.
