QuestionI bought this dryer & had BestBuy install it last week. The dryer doesn’t heat up & it can be on for two hours without drying the clothes even on the setting for the highest temp? Pls help... I want my old dryer back..

QuestionI had this dryer installed during my new house build. From the start the dryer will turn on normal, but then it will stop tumbling wait a min or two then start again. This will continue until the cycle is complete. Is this normal?
