Q: QuestionDoes this model come with a left-swing door?

• A:Answer The door originally opens from the left and swings to the right. I needed to change it to swing to the left and was able to do it. Some tools are required -screwdriver with different bits- and it was fairly easy. You do have to take the door apart not just off but instructions are included and it took maybe 15 minutes.

• A:Answer It says right there in the description above there is no option for steam. If you zoom in on the control panel, there is no steam function. I have this dryer. It does not have steam. I am surprised a Whirlpool rep is coming on here claiming it does, using the model # and everything so you know he is wrong. I would think someone who works for Whirlpool could answer this better than the average person who can just look at the description themself, but I guess not.
