Utilize your warranty and call Whirlpool unless you’re a Best Buy Total member where you’d be calling Best Buy. My first drying load with my dryer included a queen sized comforter with 4 complete sets of towels on Heavy Duty setting. All items were completely dried on one cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.How is you duct work fixed on the back of the unit? My unit's duct work is elevated and the air flows up-and-out of my basement. I purchased my unit a month ago and have had not issues with drying. Also, did you check your timing sessions on the unit as well? It defaults to 15 mins.
