QuestionI just got my washer today & the first load I washed took over an hour to wash & it was a basic wash then the second load was 2 almost 3 hrs to wash & it was a normal size load only difference was I added presoak. Is that normal for this washer?

Questionwhen the washing machine cleans itself, I put sanitizing bleach in the bleach compartment to help clean and sanitize. Does it actually use the bleach during its self cleanse? Wanting to make sure before I wash non whites In my next load. Thank you!
