“How does the soak option work? Can you control the length of the soak cycle?”

• I have not used the soak option yet. I found out real quick that a lot for the cool options they have on this machine I don't use because the water level is so low. I really use bulky sheet setting and deep water. I tried color save and I had dry spits on my clothes so now I only use the settings I talked about.

• Hi Vel, Here are the WTW8000DW notes for you: PRESOAK Use this option to add an extra soak period to any cycle to help loosen tough stains. The washer will fill and pause to soak, then begin the selected cycle.
