“Whirlpool cabrio washer wtw5640xw2 My cabrio is only one and half years old and needs a new motor. With only two people using this machine medium amount this machine durability is extremely disappointing. Has anyone else had problems with whirlpool? Any suggestions on how to handle this or who to contact. The warranty was 1year.”

Whirlpool and Maytag HE washers come with a 1 year warranty covering the entire machine and a 10 year warranty covering the stainless steel basket and the motor. You should be able to have your machine fixed under their extended warranty. Give Whirlpool a call and see what they have to say. Good Luck.
