Your Litter-Robot includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty so you’re automatically covered. Our hassle-free plan covers accidental damage, power surges, mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and software support. During your warranty period, we will resolve robot issues at no charge, including free shipping both ways. If something goes wrong after the original manufacturer warranty ends and you have purchased the Geek Squad Protection plan, Geek Squad takes care of any covered repairs.
