QuestionDo you have to empty water tray or does it pump out the window

- Answer It does an OK job of clearing the water itself in AC mode (water tray will not need to be emptied for a good long while). In heat mode, unless you connect the drain hose (provided) and run it outside of your home, you will have to empty the water tray regularly.
