Yes. Mine will be installed in a sliding glass door and I will have A plastic panel to extend the bracket that is supplied. But the bracket can be used horizontally or vertically
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, there are three plastic inserts for intake and exhaust hoses (8" each). Only one has the intake and exhaust holes and the other two are for adjusting to window opening size. It does not matter if these plastic pieces (one slides inside the other) are installed horizontally or vertically.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the window kit can be installed vertically but only extends about 36" if you have tall windows you would need to purchase a tall window kit or make your own out of wood and apply weather stripping to either side which is much stronger than the supplied kit or extra purchased kit as they are made of flimsy air leaking plastic .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can install it vertically, but it's not very sturdy
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it works vertically as well. I'm using it vertically myself.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes the bracket can be used either vertically or horizontally.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The window bracket can go vertically. Basically you are just jamming the window down on to it to hold it in place. The bracket itself is more of a plastic slider that you can screw at a particular length.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, with some rigging. The vertical installation is not as intuitive and you will likely need to extend the window insert with plexiglass or plywood. I had to make a trip to Home Depot to make it work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Definitely yes. This is how I use it. It is with a slider window. This is no harder to set up than a horizontal window.
