The bands install easily. You “pinch” the installed band right at the base of the watch and it pulls right off to be removed. Then you attach the new band making sure you hear a slight click to make sure it’s completely installed and secure.

Please try again later.turning you device over with the band open, the two small half-oval detent-buttons next to the case are depressed. one at a time works best. this is an excellent time to clean the surfaces under that are exposed without the band on it. an old toothbrush works fine. if the mechanism seems stuck keep cleaning and perhaps a bit of a natural lubricant (coconut oil worked for me) will be enough to fix the issue. take one of the replacement band slide it into position and there will be a click as it engages.
