Thank you for your question. You're correct. For optimal performance in latency-sensitive applications, such as gaming, it is highly recommended to use a 3.5mm AUX cable. For the PS5, simply connect a short cable from the audio jack located at the rear of the controller to the input jack on the front of the vest. Subsequently, a headset can be connected to the vest, either through a wired or wireless connection. As for the Quest, it is equipped with an audio jack connector on its side. Please try again later.In order to get the best to work with either your PS5 or Quest you would first need to plug a usb c cable that comes with the Woojer vest 3 to your ps5 or quest and the the front of the vest. Once you do the game audio will be input to the vest and you can feel the sound but not hear it. Next you will need to plug a 3.5mm audio jack into the front of the vest and then into headphones. That will allow audio out from the vest to hear your game.
