• The difficulty can be put on easy if you want to just get through the story but there are harder modes which can be manually changed in the options menu.

• It's a fair bit easier to level up in this game compared to the original Xenoblade 2. For reference, I did some grinding here-&-there and ended up about 10 levels above what the final boss was (no spoilers, relax). You could probably get by with little-to-no grinding.
