A:AnswerYes it's compatible with that motherboard, no not all parts fit in all cases. ATX, micro-atx, itx, etc. Also the size of your graphics card may prevent use in certain cases even if it's designed for a specific style of motherboard.

A:Answeryes, but buying this would be a downgrade to your 5700xt by a big margin. If you want to upgrade the 5700xt then you would want a 2080super or better nvidia card or the new amd cards 6800 or 6800xt. The 2080 super would not be a big upgrade and in my opinion a waste of money.
