• A:Answer There are several factors, including the type of network and the strength of coverage, that can influence the connectivity of the watch. If the watch is bought in the US and uses the preinstalled Xplora Connect SIM-card it should work in Mexico, however, the watch is not currently sold in Mexico or adapted to local carriers, so if you reside in Mexico we can, unfortunately not guarantee that the watch will work reliably in Mexico.

All our plans include unlimited voice minutes and mobile data nationwide, but only Xplora Connect AT&T SIMs offer roaming in Canada and Mexico, ensuring you can make full use of the watch's features, including SOS calling and location tracking. • A:Answer Our watches are not locked, so you can technically replace the SIM-card with a local one. However, since the device hasn’t been tested outside of Europe and North America, we cannot guarantee that all features will work as expected in the Bahamas.

• A:Answer Hi! Disabling core features like calling and texting isn’t possible, but you can limit the contacts on your child’s watch to just guardians. The person who sets up the watch is automatically assigned as the first guardian, and you can add another guardian later if you'd like them to have access to location details.
