I'm unfamiliar with the MyQ app. I looked it up and it looks like they have their own set of products. I went ahead and downloaded the app for you and tried to add it. I was not able to due to limitations on the app. The app prompted me to enter the modules serial number which in my case it starts with a W. The only has ABCDEF as available letters, so unless I did something wrong I would say no. I can tell you that it works absolutely flawlessly with my iPhones Home app, Google Home app and Yale's app. it also works with my Apple watch and detects when I'm coming up to the door and unlocks per my choice. It's a super dead bolt lock that I can control from anywhere in the world that has wifi
