Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should work just as well as any other non-Sony soundbar. I have this Yamaha soundbar connected to a Samsung Q60 series television using a Rocketfish optical cable. My Cox cable remote is programmed to work with both devices but for some reason I still have to turn on the YAS-209 with its own remote. That is my only real issue. Build quality seems to be very good and the Alexa mic seems to pick up my voice very well over anything playing at a “reasonable” volume level. The subwoofer is also packing quite a punch compared to some other options in this price range (with the exception of anything from JBL). Best Buy should still be having extended returns so try this Yamaha unit out and take it back if it ends up not being what you wanted. Good luck!
