I bought a Yamaha external amp to do just that. I want to be able to use ALL of the 00 thru 99 volume control. So far I’m not at all impressed with the receiver. Get you a good well taken care vintage pioneer receiver then buy amp to hook up to pioneer receiver with some big beautiful old school RTR speakers..........then you got something. Turn that thing up and wake somebody up accidentally. Aahhhahahahaha.
