It has a reset manually by holding down SPEAKERS A AND BASS+ TOGETHER AND THEN PUSH POWER BUTTON. MIGHT CAN HELP.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To reset your Yamaha r-s202 back to factory defaults, here what you need to do: 1. Make sure the unit is plugged in but powerd off. 2. On the front panel display, hold BASS+, SPEAKERS A, and the power button. "No prt" should appear in the display for a few seconds then change to "VER C01 U" 3. Use the input < > buttons on the front or up/down buttons on the remote until "PRST INHI" appears in the front display 4. Press TREBLE +/- on the front display or the left/right arrows on the remote until "PRST RSRV" appears in the display. 5. Power off and back on the receiver, and ALL settings will revert to factory defaults, and ALL saved radio presets, and paired bluetooth devices will be erased. (You're welcome)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your receiver has probably gone into protect mode. Have you had recent power surges or lightning strikes? That could cause this problem. Try disconnecting all the inputs and the speakers, then turn the receiver on again. If it still goes into standby (protect mode) there may be internal damage to the unit. If that is true it will need to be diagnosed by a professional electronics tech.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The receiver goes down with power after a couple of hours, how do I do to let the power be ON all the time?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ensure your remote controller is operating properly, you should be able to cancel "standby mode" on it. If not, contact Yamaha for info or replacement of remote controller
