Q: QuestionCan I run Dolby Atmos with this in a 5.1.2 setup? Left, Center, Right, Surround Left, Surround Right, Left Height, Right Height, Sub? Will there be any limitations with Xbox Series X? I noticed someone stating that there was significant color banding.

• A:Answer Yes, 5.1.2 would be the max setup this can process, can also add a 2nd subwoofer as well. Shouldn't be any limitations with the xbox one x according to the specs and future firmware update. Chances are that other reviewer didn't have the proper hdmi cable or had some settings set wrong. All you're doing is passing through all the video features so even if the firmware update doesn't come in time for the series x release just connect the Xbox direct to your tv's hdmi 2.1 port then eARC to this reciever and you'll still be able to enjoy all the features like vrr allm etc. Assuming your tv has active 2.1 ports

• A:Answer I can’t find anything specific in the user manual about the gauge of wire. I’m using 14 gauge right now with banana plugs and that works fine. I would imagine any gauge between 12 and 18 would work just fine. Every speaker connection has banana plug connection capability. For me that’s the most convenient to hook up speakers with.

• A:Answer I believe it’s like 32 devices that can added to the network. Basically you install the app on your phone and add devices starting with the receiver then add speakers as needed. I am running 2 zones right now one for the TV in the family room and zone 2 is connected to an amplifier to run my wired outdoor speakers. They can share audio or run 2 different audio sources.
