- Answer It takes a little bit of time , but I suggest unplugging it for a little bit, then re follow the instructions that come with the adapter, and it should pair within 20 seconds!

- Answer Yes they do, seems there is no latency without any interruptions from my experience. The best thing and additional thing about it is you can play and charge using the stand provided. Very happy with the purchase for me having hours of fun on FORTNITE talking to my friends and Mario Kart

- Answer Two part question. (1) Won't work for PS4 out-of-the-box...yet. But give it some time and the popular controller convertor company, BROOKS CONVERTORS, may eventually make a convertor for this specific controller. They currently have a WINGMANE XE that enables PS4 consoles to be controlled with official XBOX / SW / etc controllers. Since this PowerA Fusion Pro Controller is not official, just licensed by Nintendo, it may or may not work though... (2) This controller's 3.5 audio jack only works while in wired mode from controller <-----> SW console.

- Answer Yes, when connected to the Switch dock, the Switch goes into USB Headphones mode and no sound comes thru the TV, the sound will output to the headphones paired to the adapter instead as long as: 1) The adapter is hooked to the switch dock, not the TV 2) The wireless headphones have Bluetooth and have been paired with the device.
