• I believe they say 1 mile under "optimal" conditions. There are a lot of factors that can affect your signal beyond just range though such as other signal noise, objects, & altitude.

• I was never able to go past 800-1000 feet without having the transmitted image freeze up. At that point I would hit RTH. I never felt comfortable flying outside VLOS with the Typhoon H.

• Literature says 1 km. I've been afraid to take it out that far. I've been 2,000 ft out and video on controller was excellent. In making my decision I wanted something with more range, but as a "hobby film maker" I can't see a situation where I would need more range than the H gives. It's a great drone.

• The maximum flying height is 122m (400ft) agl (Restricted by FAA). However the video transmission has 1 mile range.
