I bought this on the recommendation of my Best Buy associate and paid $50 because it was supposed to be the best. It cracked right after purchase and Zagg covered shipping cost. Well the replacement also cracked and this time I had to pay shipping. Original purchase was 9 months ago. Zagg has a good deal going here here cause I'm already $60 into it. I'm done if it cracks again. I'll never buy their product again!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine cracked at 2 months, without any drops to phone. I have Geek Squad Protection. I went to Best Buy, Eugene, Oregon. They told me only way I can do this is send to Zagg for replacement, pay the $9.99 to Zagg, and then pay to send the defective cover to Zagg so not charged for a new cover. They had brand new Zagg covers at the store, but still could not replace the defective one. So beware, this is not a good business practice per Best Buy or Zagg for buying the $49.99 cover with lifetime "unconditional" warranty. Best Buy is usually great, but not this time. I am disappointed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In response to lizziewriter - I didn’t drop my phone or hit anything with it. I contacted Zagg and the rep said it could have been keys in my purse. So if the screen protector doesn’t withstand keys in a purse, I can’t think what would happen if I drop the phone on a hard surface. Anyway, the rep gave me a code that waives the $10 shipping & handling fee. I wasn’t going to claim the warranty if I had to spend $10, not because of the money but if the product is not good, what’s the point of getting a second one that may not work either. So I requested a replacement since it’s free. I have not yet received the replacement. Will see how the second one fares.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I honestly dont know if geek squad fix screen protector or accessories.why not make a call to verify/confirm it if they can replace a new one. Next bet will be Zagg. $10 is cheaper than buying a new screen protector for a full $50+ isnt?. Goodluck!

I thought cracks meant it was doing its job, protecting your screen from that damage. ? I'll be interested to see how this discussion unfolds.
