The warranty replacement is done through Zagg. You simply go on Zagg's site, register the product and then request a warranty replacement through their site as well. They do make you pay the shipping for the replacement which is a few dollars but way cheaper than the original lol. They are always very quick about processing the warranty requests. Once the new one comes you just send them back the damaged one attached to a piece of paper in the envelope they provide and you are done.

Please try again later.What I found out was call samsung talk to a tech for the watch department and they will send you a shipping label so you can send you product to them. Wrap you shipping product good so that shipping damage would not be a question. Then about two weeks they will ship back a refurbished unit or will call you with details on the repair.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Mark, the paperwork that came with my Zagg screen protector instructed me to register it on their website in order to activate the warranty. Perhaps you can still do that since you have the receipt.
