Zagg says it will replace the broken unit, but you also have to return the broken unit to get it replaced—that assumes you can get Zagg’s website to issue a case number. I tried numerous time trying to get my broken screen protector replaced, but Zagg’s website wasn’t working for me,
—it kept Hour glassing. Not worth the stress!

The warranty by Zagg is for unlimited replacement if you pay the shipping ( between 5 and 12 dollars each time). You should contact them. I had a similar bubbles experience. After giving up on getting large bubbles out on the first one, I requested a replacement. I ordered it shipped UPS for about $12 because I wanted it faster. Turns out they were backordered so it took about 2 weeks to get it anyway. I applied the second one and had just two or three small air bubbles and decided I could live with it. After about a week I looked down to see I had apparently nicked the edge of the glass and it broke. I have given up on the Zagg. Better luck to you! I am now using a Spigen edge protector and hope it adequately protects my watch.

Yes the screen protector comes with a limited lifetime warranty. However, Best Buy does not replace them in-store. You have to replace it through ZAGG/InvisibleShield and pay for shipping as well as send back the damaged one.

Yes go to zagg website register and make the claim. You must pay $10 and send the broken piece. I broke 2 already and wont replace again due to the glass shield breaks to easy. Going for a different type

You must register the screen protector with Zagg first then file for a replacement. I recommend emailing them personally and telling them how unsatisfied you are with the protector so they don’t charge you for shipping or they can even offer you an alternative since this one was the worst quality purchase ever. I’ve done so and have gotten some satisfying responses from the company. Best Buy can not do anything at this point.

Mine broke within a week. I replaced it through the warranty program which functions very well and was speedy. But $10 to cover a 50 cent stamp? Not much of a warranty in my opinion.

It does come with warranty but it’s limited time. I believe it’s 60 days on top of it being limited you have to register it on their website then it gives you options on how to get a new one either you send in your broken one through mail or go to a local where they sell the product

That happened to me but I went to a zagg retailer in Annapolis mall in Annapolis MD and they replaced it with no problems or bubbles for $10 not bad considering the original cost is $39.99. I believe it’s a 1 year warranty so you can go there up to a year and pay $10 if it happens again.

I can't speak for this product exactly but I tried to use their warranty for my iPhone screen protector. I believe if you go to their website, create an account, and register the product you should have some option for warranty replacement. But you might have to shell out more for the shipping of the replacement.

Yes contact and register with company on line. Replacement cost is $25.00. That’s still a bit high but at least it’s not full price. This company is great no questions asked just return old cover and that’s it. I also had a few bubbles but I was able to remove them without damaging cover

My secret was to slowly push the bubbles to one edge, top or bottom. At the same time I gently lifted with my finger nail on the corner that the bubbles were on. It was amazing they just vanished. Don’t lift to much to hard. That’s the secret.

Yes, go through Zagg warranty replacement. When you get bubbles use a blow dryer. And your finger nail. Don’t press to hard as you slide your finger nail across the bubbles. It will take a minute. Or take to Verizon to put on plus Best Buy puts them on.

Yes, ZAGG does warranty their products for the lifetime. You need to get onto the ZAGG website and register your glass. You will need your receipt with date and place of purchase. Once you have registered the glass you can go through their site to get the warranty. Do not throw away the one that broke because they do ask you to send it back.
