Avoid ordering Zagg products. Their customer service is non existent.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should have gotten a pamphlet in the box with your screen cover that tells you how to go on line and register the cover. If you do this the product is guaranteed and Zagg will replace it for as long as you own the product. Their web site is Zagg.com/register. Hope this helps you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you purchased a true Zagg/Invisible Shield Product, you must register it online at www.zagg.com. Zagg provides lifetime warranty on most items. With this being new (S8 curved glass) and still in the 'test stage', you should not have any problems gaining a replacement from Zagg. I have had Zagg Invisible Shields for years and as long as you register them, Zagg will send you a replacement for free (no cost on the replacement shield). Please note, you will need to pay for shipping costs, but I'd rather pay 4 or 5 dollars for shipping versus $50 for a new one from the store. If you get your replacement from Zagg, you can take it to Best Buy for them to install it, but I believe they do have a $8 charge for installation. Otherwise, installation instructions are included with the package. Hope this helps!
