The clear transparent one is a clear sticky film and the coated one is glass like and protects your screen better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.With a clear screen protector it will look clear and shiny because it will reflect light. A transparent (matte) finish absorbs light so it will not be shiny when light hits it but will still appear very clear.
