Yes. I have cracked my screen protector several times over the years (I’m hard on my phone) and Best Buy has always honored the guarantee and installed a new one for free. Once, they didn’t have the correct size in stock, so they helped me to order it on-line for zero dollars, for delivery to the store, then installed it for me.
