• Yes, they will install it for you. Warranty is valid as long as you have the phone. Fee is associated with fixing it. Also, Best Buy will keep the broken screen.

• It is not a free service, they charge $8 for installation services and the protector has one-year warranty from purchase date which will allow you to get free replacement within the time period.

• BEST BUY WILL INSTALL. I BELIEVE THE WARRANTY LAST FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE SHIELD. IT WILL BE REPLACED IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THE PROTECTIVE SHIELD.
