• Hi, Yes they have covered this protector on my phone. I had to pay $8 for them to install and get the warranty. I just go in and they look up phone number and do an even exchange. Then install the new cover right there. Of course they keep the damaged cover!

• No they do not if your phone is lost or stolen. They want you to bring in the screen protector and never asked to show proof of the iPhone being lost or stolen.
